• Upon your confirmation, we will provide you with detailed 3D renderings of the chosen product. Any alterations or adjustments can be made to meet your specific requirements during this stage.
• Subsequently, you will have the opportunity to select the marble slab from our specialized marble atelier, ensuring that it is exclusively utilized for crafting your product.
• Upon receiving your final approval, we will initiate the production process for your customized item. Once the final version is completed and approved by you, it will be promptly prepared for shipment.

Given that each product is custom-made to order, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns. However, we do offer the option for exchanges under certain conditions:

• If the product is received in an incorrect pattern or significantly differs from its advertised features.
• In the event of a wrong product being delivered.
• If the product is damaged upon receipt.

Upon placing your order, a confirmation page will display a summary of your transaction. You have the option to print this for your records. Additionally, an email containing the same summary will be promptly dispatched, provided that we have an accurate email address on file.
