If there are any elevators or stairs at the delivery location, please inform us before purchase. There may be additional charges.

We send all of our shipments with insurance. In case of any damage or lost, we will send the new product immediately. Please be aware in case of any damage, inform us within 3 days.

Our complimentary door to door delivery service includes door or driveway delivery. If you require installation or white glove service, you will need to purchase this service at checkout.
