- Travertine features natural pitting in various locations, enhancing the stone's individuality. Larger pits are filled, while smaller ones remain unfilled. Pits on the tabletop will be filled. This treatment can be adjusted upon request.
- As a natural material, all stone is porous and susceptible to nicks, stains, or scratches; avoid placing sharp or heavy objects on the surface.
- Natural variations in the stone's color, texture, and veining, as well as differences arising from the hand-finishing process, are inherent and to be expected.
- As a natural material, stone will exhibit variations in color and veining from piece to piece. Each item is unique, and no two are exactly the same.

- Travertine features natural pitting throughout its surface, adding to its character. Larger pits are filled; smaller holes are not. Alternatively, there's an option for completely filled.
- Travertine, being natural and porous, can be nicked, stained, or scratched. Avoid placing sharp or heavy objects on its surface.
- Only clean with dampcloth. If necessary, a small amount of mild dishwashing liquid maybe used. Avoid the use of harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning materials.
- You have the option to select your desired product from our store with tailored measurements or modifications. Additionally, you may request a completely new model to be created according to your specifications. Subsequently, we will provide you with a detailed price quotation.
- Upon your confirmation, we will furnish you with 3D renderings of your chosen product. Any adjustments or modifications can be made according to your preferences at this stage.
- Following your selection, you will be able to choose the marble slab from our specialized marble atelier, which will be utilized exclusively for your product.
- Upon your final approval, we will commence production of your customized item. Once the final version is completed and approved by you, it will be promptly prepared for shipment.
Our production timeframe ranges from 1 to 25 business days. The estimated shipping duration is between 7 to 25 business days, depending on the current workload and delivery country.

Please note that express shipping options are not available for marble items. Instead, we exclusively offer complimentary door to door delivery service.

No additional taxes will apply. Your product will be shipped directly from our USA warehouse, and no customs process will be required.
European Union and United Kingdom:
A 20% VAT may be applicable. Your product will be shipped from our Turkey warehouse. Customs processing will be managed by us. The buyer is only responsible for paying the VAT if applicable. Should VAT be required, the courier will contact the buyer directly.
