- Travertine can be honed or polished upon request, with visible pitting and striking color contrasts that highlight the unique beauty and character of each piece.
- As a natural material, travertine features characteristic pitting, with larger pits carefully filled while smaller ones are left unfilled, enhancing the stone's distinct character.
- Due to its porous nature, stone can be prone to nicks, stains, or scratches. To preserve its surface, we recommend avoiding the placement of sharp or heavy objects.

- Following your selection, you will be able to choose the marble slab from our specialized marble atelier, which will be utilized exclusively for your product.
- Upon your final approval, we will commence production of your customized item. Once the final version is completed and approved by you, it will be promptly prepared for shipment.

If there are any elevators or stairs at the delivery location, please inform us before purchase. There may be additional charges.
We send all of our shipments with insurance. In case of any damage or lost, we will send the new product immediately. Please be aware in case of any damage, inform us within 3 days.
Our complimentary door to door delivery service includes door or driveway delivery. If you require installation or white glove service, you will need to purchase this service at checkout.
