• Our product is honed and sealed for a satin finish, revealing visible pitting that showcases the beauty and character of each piece.
• Travertine features natural pitting throughout its surface, adding to its character. Larger pits are filled; smaller holes are not. Alternatively, there's an option for completely filled.
• Travertine, being natural and porous, can be nicked, stained, or scratched. Avoid placing sharp or heavy objects on its surface.
• Only clean with dampcloth. If necessary, a small amount of mild dishwashing liquid maybe used. Avoid the use of harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning materials.

• You have the option to select your desired product from our store with tailored measurements or modifications. Additionally, you may request a completely new model to be created according to your specifications. Subsequently, we will provide you with a detailed price quotation.
• Upon your confirmation, we will furnish you with 3D renderings of your chosen product. Any adjustments or modifications can be made according to your preferences at this stage.
• Following your selection, you will be able to choose the marble slab from our specialized marble atelier, which will be utilized exclusively for your product.
• Upon your final approval, we will commence production of your customized item. Once the final version is completed and approved by you, it will be promptly prepared for shipment.

Our production timeframe ranges from 1 to 25 business days. The estimated shipping duration is between 7 to 25 business days, depending on the current workload and delivery country.

Please note that express shipping options are not available for marble items. Instead, we exclusively offer complimentary door to door delivery service.
